The City's 2005 Arts Festival will be held from September 9 – 25, 2005, at various locations such as the Visitor Center, the State Pier and at Slater Memorial Park. The deadline to receive the submitted proposal is March 1, 2005.

The Foundation makes grants that encourage emerging artists in the fields of art, music, theater, dance, photography, and literature whose works, due to their genre and/or social philosophy, might have difficulty being aired.
