Non-Profit Board/Staff Relationships
November 19, 8:30am - 11am, RI Foundation, One Union Station, Registration Is $50
The board and staff of any nonprofit must work hand-in-hand to ensure appropriate and flexible management and governance, and must respond to the challenges of our turbulent times. However, even with the best of intentions the relationship can be fraught with difficulty. They'll use issues that participants currently face to explore questions: How can nonprofits ensure that the board and staff are on the same page? What is the proper relationship between the board and the executive director? How can board and staff best work together to make decisions and set policy? Participants may submit their board/staff questions in advance of the workshop. For more information please click here.
