M+D+F 2009 is a juried exhibition to uncover and promote innovative modern furniture by emerging designers in the Northeast. Organized by the Design Within Reach Providence Studio and juried by local creative professionals in the design, architecture and art worlds, M+D+F provides an opportunity for peer, public and professional recognition for up-and-coming designers and firms. Trinity Repertory Company's Young Actors Summer Institute Now Enrolling
For the fifth summer, Trinity Rep will open its doors for boys and girls in grades 5-12 to explore a world of creativity and theater under the instruction of RI's most knowledgeable theater professionals with the Young Actors Summer Institute. The Summer Institute offers students a challenging five weeks of study in the fields of acting, playwriting, dance and much more. New Roots Providence Grants
New Roots Providence is a program of the Providence Plan. Its purpose is to build the capacity of faith and community organizations by providing training, grants and technical assistance. New Roots will give Capacity Building Grants to individual organizations and partners of organizations working in Providence, Kent and Bristol counties. Grants will be used for activities that strengthen organizations and increase their ability to serve people in need. PPAC ARTS Scholarships 2009

Space For Rent
Located on 91 Hartford Avenue in Olneyville, this is one of the few existing mill buildings presently being redeveloped for smaller industrial uses. Spaces in this mill start at 668 sq ft and are typically in the 2500 sq ft to 4000 sq ft range. All the units are upgraded with a new 60 amp service and additional electric is available as well as gas and water for processing.
