SmallStock Food Strategies LLC is sponsoring a poster contest about entomophagy (the consumption of insects as food), which will be on display in Downtown Providence with the Arts & Business Council of RI from June 15 - July 10, 2009. National Endowment For The Humanities Summer Stipends Grant
Summer Stipends support individuals pursuing advanced research that is of value to scholars and general audiences in the humanities. Recipients usually produce articles, monographs, books, digital materials, archaeological site reports, translations, editions, or other scholarly tools.
