Providence Latino CommUNITY Celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month
Mayor David N. Cicilline, the City of Providence Department of Art, Culture + Tourism, and the Hispanic Heritage Project will collaborate to promote activities taking place locally during the national observation of Hispanic Heritage Month, September 15-October 15. Call For Child Dancers
The Festival Ballet Providence Center for Dance Education will hold auditions for a variety of children's roles (ages 7 and up) to appear in RI's premiere professional ballet company's presentation of their lavish holiday treat The Nutcracker. The auditions will take place on Sunday, September 13 at their studio located at 825 Hope St.on Providence's historic East Side. Trinity Repertory Company will be holding an open call for child actors on Saturday, September 26, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Cardi’s Furniture Superstore (Route 1A, South Attleboro , MA ) for its 33rd annual production of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, directed by Birgitta Victorson.
