Trinity Repertory Company will be holding an open call for child actors on Saturday, September 26, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Cardi’s Furniture Superstore (Route 1A, South Attleboro , MA ) for its 33rd annual production of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, directed by Birgitta Victorson. Children ages 8-12 are welcome to audition, although children who turn 13 before December 31, 2009, are not eligible. No appointment is necessary for the auditions. The Hive Archive seeks art and art installation proposals from Rhode Island women artists for The Hive’s Work by Women Billboard. The Hive is a women-run feminist arts organization with a mission to promote gender equality by dismantling obstacles that limit women and girls in reaching their full creative potential. Procycle 2009 Art is seeking film, music, photos, sculptures, illustrations and mixed media that directly relates to and positively represents contemporary bicycling culture.
