The RI Center for the Book at the Providence Public Library invites all RI students in grades 4 - 12 to enter the national Letters About Literature contest with a national prize of a $10,000 grant for their local school or community library. The Arts & Business Council is now accepting applications for the 2009-2010 "Artist's Professional Toolbox" program.
