Film Screening: The Misfits - Oct. 21 @ 1:30pm
Expertly directed by John Huston (The Maltese Falcon) from a screenplay by Pulitzer Prize winner Arthur Miller, The Misfits is a probing, exciting drama of honesty, intensity and sheer poetic brilliance. This film is being shown as a special feature in conjunction with a visit from Adam Braver, author of Misfit on Monday, October 22 at 7:00 pm. Why did Adam Braver entitle his new book Misfit? Watch the film on Sunday and bring your insight to the book talk and signing on Monday!

On Sunday, October 28, the Library participates in the 13th annual RI International HorrorFest with a double bill salute to H.P. Lovecraft:
