| Summary |
New hires shall be compensated at a wage rate of fifteen percent (15%) below the contractual rate for the period of July 1, 2011 to July 1, 2014.
Wages for new employees shall be increased in five percent (5%) increments annually until July 1, 2014 and on this date the new employees shall
receive the full contractual rate.
Under supervision of up-line personnel performs responsible and accurate clerical work in the preparation and maintenance of Court records; and related work as required.

| Duties & Responsibilities
|
1. Prepares various important legal documents and reports relative to the business of the Court.
2. Prepares and maintains Court docket; ascertains that proper notices are processed and mailed.
3. Collects fines and bail.
4. Types correspondence, reports, forms, and any other document as required.
5. Responds to requests/inquiries and complaints.
6. Keeps records and makes reports as required
7. Operates all standard office equipment.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
9. Must be fluent in Spanish

| Minimum
Qualifications
|
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Ability to obtain thorough knowledge of the policies and operations of the Court.
3. Thorough knowledge of department programs, policies, and operations with respect to the functions performed.
4. Must possess excellent oral communication and writing skills.
