Notice is hereby given that the Building Board of Review will be in session in the Conference Room of the Board located at 444 Westminster Street (Second Floor), Providence, Rhode Island on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. when all persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the following applications seeking relief from certain sections of the Rhode Island State Building Code (Code):

MUSIC HOUSE, LLC/NICHOLAS BAUTA, OWNER AND FETE MUSIC, LLC, APPLICANT AND LESSEE: 103 Dike Street, also known as Lot 489 on the Tax Assessor's Plat 105; filed an application seeking relief from Sections 1009.2, 1012.6 and 1013.3 of the Code in which the applicant seeks relief from regulations governing stairway headroom, handrail extensions and opening limitations relating to a guard rail at the mezzanine level. The building is being used for a live music venue.

NEW CITY CONRAD, LLC: 381 Westminster Street, also known as Lot 322 on the Tax Assessor's Plat 25; filed an application seeking relief from Section 1008.1.5 relating to floor elevation and SBC/Mechanical Code Section 506.3.12.3 relating to exhaust outlet termination within a new restaurant space.
