Zoning Board of Review

The Zoning Board of Review has the authority to grant relief from the City's Zoning Ordinance. The Board consists of 6 members and generally meets every fourth Monday of each month.

To appear before the Board you must submit the following items for a preliminary review. Preliminary reviews are conducted by staff by appointment only.

• (2) Signed Original Applications
• (3) Complete Sets of Plans (Scaled drawings, Site Plan, Parking Plan, Landscaping Plan, etc.)
• (10) Radius Plans
• (2) Mailing Lists<
• (2) Sets of Labels
• Copy of Deed
• Check made payable to the Providence City Collector for the required amount.

Upon filing your application, your request will be placed on the next available docket. Two weeks prior to the scheduled hearing applicants and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property will be notified in writing of the date and time of the public hearing.
