Our Mission

The Office of Neighborhood Services is your link to the City of Providence and its services and programs. This Office will help you obtain access to programs and services, voice concerns and resolve complaints. Our services break down into four fundamental categories: Administration, Basic Delivery, Neighborhood Services and Community Initiatives.

As with all of City Government, it will be ethical, accessible, and transparent. And those who serve our residents will be guided by respect, patience, understanding and integrity.

We guarantee all the people of Providence a strong voice in their government, and fair and equal access to quality public service.

We Can Help:

• Resolve Complaints
• Refer requests to appropriate City or other Agencies
• Act on your behalf and will monitor your request until it is completed
