  •    Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) is the primary regulator of all federally chartered and many state-chartered thrift institutions, which include savings banks and savings and loan associations.
  •    Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation As the state's principal housing agency, we help low- and moderate-income Rhode Islanders find houses and apartments they can afford. Get a low-interest loan to buy a house. Find an apartment you can afford. Get money to repair your home or remove hazardous material such as lead paint and asbestos. We even help developers build affordable apartments. The Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation has been based in Providence since opening for business in 1973.
