Our Mission

The mission of the Office of Community Relations is to make Providence the most responsive and engaging city for all our residents by building strong relationships with our constituent groups through strategic community outreach and development.

The Office of Community Relations is your resource in the City of Providence for all constituent groups. Our office works collaboratively with a wide range of constituent groups - from neighborhood associations and crime watches to multi-cultural and non-profit organizations. Our office is committed to enhancing the livability and safety of our communities

Our office serves as a resource to learn more about city and neighborhood events hosted by the Mayor's Office or registered neighborhood organizations, as well as important information regarding updates for residents and constituent groups invested in the community.
