Come to an informational meeting sponsored by Mayor Angel Taveras and the City of Providence in partnership with Community Action Partnership of Providence (CAPP) to learn more about the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program.
Providence residents who may need assistance with their utility bills or have questions about payment plan options for heating bills are encouraged to attend.

Representatives from CAPP will be available to answer questions about the program and pre-qualify residents for heating assistance.
CAPP will also answer questions from residents looking for information about weatherizing their homes, obtaining a GED or other adult education opportunities and services offered to Senior Citizens through the Community Action Partnership.
