Helpful Pictures when when approaching Providence
from Points East using I-195 Westbound serving 95 North and 95 South.
95 North seves several Downtown exits, including Exit 21 to Broadway and Exit 22A-B-C to Downtown, Route 6 West and Route 10.
95 South serves Cranston, Warwick, the Airport and Connecticut.At this junction 195 West ends, and your choices are 95 North or South.
Prepare for this split by by being in the appropriate lane. Northbound - use the right two lanes
Southbound - use the left two lanes.
195 junction to 95 North and South
95 and 195 North merge just before Exit 21 as seen from 95 North
Use "Broadway Exit 21" for the Civic Center and Convention Center,
Federal Hill, the Holiday Inn, PPAC (Providence Performing Arts Center),
Trinity Reperatory Company and the new Police and Fire Safety Complex
Use Exit 22 for Downtown, Providence Place, Amtrak, points West
and Route 10 South

Route 10 South. This exit also serves the Civic Center and Convention Center
Be prepared for this split!
On the Memorial Blvd. intersection Exits 22A-B-C as shown above.
Left turns are not allowed! For Memorial Blvd. stay in the left lane and go straight, and for the Civic Center and Convetion Center, go right.
For Downtown you may use either direction
