Helpful Pictures when using Exit 22C-A-B Southbound into Providence

 First Contact: prepare to be in the correct lane - When you pass the Charles Street Exit travelling South on I-95, it is time to start to position your vehicle into the correct lane. The Downtown merge can be dangerous from the high speed lane if you are not prepared. You have to go all the way to the right for Exit 22 and cross merging traffic from 146 South. This view is from I-95 South right after the Charles Street Exit. |

 Exit 22C-B-A serves as the main point of access into Downtown Providence. This view is from I-95 South. Be focused as the exit splits three ways to best distribute traffic.
Exit 22 South serves Dowtown Providence, Providence Place, Memorial Blvd, The Westin, The Courtyard Marriot and it takes traffic to both Route 10 South and to Route 6 West. This Exit can also be used for the Dunkin Donuts Center and Convention Center (at the moment Exit 21S - Atwells Avenue has limited access to these facilities) |
