Mayor Taveras Provides Citation To Local Business

Franklyn Bratini, RTRP, owner of Ocean State Tax & Financial Service Center on Elmwood Avenue accepts Mayor Taveras' Citation, from Ann Gooding of the City's Economic Development office, on the opening of his new business.

Ocean State Tax & Financial Service is a tax and bookkeeping services firm which provides tax preparation, accounting and bookkeeping services, payroll service, translations, and financial consulting to individuals and businesses. The owner, a native of the Dominican Republic, had been preparing and filing taxes for corporations & individuals in his homeland for years before practicing in the United States in 2007.
