Are you eligible?
Income in the last six months for family of one must be less than: $5,415
Income in the last six months for family of two must be less than: $7,789
Income in the last six months for family of three must be less than: $10,690
Income in the last six months for family of four must be less than: $13,196
Income in the last six months for family of five must be less than: $15,574
Income in the last six months for family of six must be less than: $18,212
How to apply
1. Complete the application: Click this link to download the application
2. Bring the application in-person to: NetWORKri at One Reservoir Ave. in Providence. The office will be accepting applications on weekdays from 3pm – 6pm and Saturdays from 9am – 1pm through June 26th (closed Tuesdays)
3. Applicants must bring all of these additional items:
- Your Birth Certificate (and Alien Registration Card if you were not born in the U.S.)
- Your Social Security Card
- Proof of Family Income (If you got a "YouthWORKS411" letter from DHS, bring it with you.)
- Proof of address (a letter you received in the mail or your school ID)
- Males over 18 will need to register with Selective Service. You can do this at netWORKri.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign your application form.
