Further, the on-line accounts are intended to provide a balanced insight into our past and help show you the forces that helped create the present day "Providence" and "State of Rhode Island", and that although we are not intending to re-write history, we hope that you can use your own judgment as to what is accurate.
It is obviously not possible, nor is it my intent to verify the accuracy of each historical account, although each account may indeed be 100% accurate.
