The Annual Open Enrollment for the City of Providence's Benefits Plans will take place from Monday, June 3th through Friday, June 14th 2013. This is your annual opportunity to make any necessary changes to the following core and voluntary benefits:
• Medical
• Prescription Drug
• Dental
• Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance
• Flexible Spending Accounts/Dependent Daycare
