Course Title: Customer Service Training Course Dscription: This comprehensive training is specifically designed for our City’s workforce that has direct contact with the public. Participants will enhance their interpersonal and interaction skills, learn how to handle difficult customers with confidence, and represent themselves with professional conduct as representatives of the City of Providence. This unique training is implemented in a one full day session and prior approval will be required through Department Directors/Supervisors. This training may be mandatory for selected workforce as directed by Department Directors/Supervisors. |
