Course Title: Essentials of Fitness Training
Course Dscription: This training offers a holistic approach to sound mind, body, and general well being. Topics will include proper nutrition; weight training and exercise; and basic methods and tactics of self-defense. Classes meet one night per week from 6:00pm to 8:30pm for a six week period.
