The Department of Human Resources employs a City Training Coordinator who is responsible for meeting the training needs of all union employees. It is his goal to identify, and schedule meaningful training programs in a variety of areas including Roadway Safety, Defensive Driving, Ethics in Public Government, Practical Spanish, CPR and First aid among many others.
