Accessibility Requests

The City is committed to increasing opportunities for individuals with disabilities by facilitating full and equal participation in all aspects of civic life. In keeping with this mission, the Office of Neighborhood Services, located in City Hall, provides the general public with information about accessible programs and services and acts as your liaison to the various departments of City Government. Neighborhood Services works to coordinate speedy response to residents' requests to make City programs and services more accessible to individuals with disabilities.

File a Grievance

In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the ADA, the City has established a grievance procedure for individuals with disabilities. Complaints that a City program, service, or activity is not accessible to persons with disabilities should be directed to ADA Coordinator Tolulope Olasanoye (tkolasanoye@providence.com or 401-680-5333).
