Court Affirms City's Final Approval of 257 Thayer St. Project

In the third and final round of appeals of the 257 Thayer Street development, the Superior Court this week affirmed the decision of the City Plan Commission to grant final project approval to the developer. The Court did not find zoning board of appeal's upholding of the Plan Commission's decision to be clearly erroneous, affected by error of law, or affected by procedural error.
