Deadline For All Liquor License Renewal

Liquor license renewals:

Filings fees are due to the Board of Licenses by October 15, 2010 , Providence City Hall, Room 101, to begin your Annual Liquor License Renewal.

Paperwork has been mailed to all Liquor License holder's establishments.

You must bring the two original Corporation forms sent to you filled out completely, and the worker's compensation form with a check for $100.00 by the October 15th deadline.

All renewals after October 15th will be charged a late fee.

The late fee is $350.00.

Your Liquor License Will NOT be granted without you State Tax Clearance, so please make sure your State Taxes are up to date.
