National Grid crews continue to work around the clock to restore power to all customers in Rhode Island. They continue to make progress in their effort however, at this time, 110,000 customers are still without power in Rhode Island. There is no definite time given when all power will be restored. Their priority remains removing fallen trees and opening roads; restoring power to nursing homes, schools, public safety and municipal buildings comes first.

Individuals whose power lines suffered significant damage from the storm and became disconnected from the grid will be most impacted by a prolonged wait for power restoration.

Citizens are urged to call in to National Grid at 1-800-465-1212 if they are still without power.
