Homeschool Adventure Days are programs held at the Museum of Natural History for local homeschool families. Programs run the first Monday of each month, from 10 am to 12:30 pm, and each month is organized around a different topic. Cost is $10 per family if pre-registered and pre-paid, $15 per family if you register the day of the event. In the event of inclement weather, homeschool days will be held the following Monday. Please note that advance payments cannot be refunded.

Discover minerals, the building blocks of our Earth! From ordinary rocks to fantastic gemstones, minerals are all around us. Learn to identify different minerals and see some of the Museum's remarkable geology collection!
Workshop offered at 10:30 am(11:30 workshop will be offered only if 10:30 workshop fills to capacity), plus scavenger hunts, crafts, and investigation stations available 10 am - 12:30 pm.
Space is limited and pre-registration is recommended.
