Basket Arts in Native American Culture

Did you know that a Native American woman might spend months making a single basket? Or that a well-made basket might mean the difference between life and death in the Desert Southwest? Discover how women as weavers, artists, and inventors contributed to their culture as Museum Docent Amy Tibbetts guides us through the Museum's basketry collection.

Cost: $3.00 per adult. Sign up for all programs to receive a reduced fee of $2.00 per program. Free for Museum Members!
