Body found in water Tuesday afternoon positively identified as missing Brown University student

PROVIDENCE, RI- The Rhode Island State Medical Examiners office this morning confirmed that the body found late Tuesday afternoon in the water at India Point Park (opposite the Wyndham Hotel) is that of Sunil Tripathi, age 22. Tripathi is a Brown University student who has been missing since March 15. The Medical Examiner declared that no foul play is suspected in his death.
