Colonel Hugh T. Clements, Jr. Swearing-In Ceremony

Providence, RI- Mayor Angel Taveras and Commissioner Steven M. Paré will hold a public swearing-in ceremony this Friday, February 3rd for Colonel Hugh T. Clements Jr., Providence Police Chief. The ceremony will be held at 5pm in the City Council Chambers in Providence City Hall. Clements, a 26-year veteran of the Department, was chosen by Mayor Taveras following a nationwide search.
