Firearm arrest 6/27

Tashma Payne 08/91 a member of the East Side Posse was apprehended for having in his possession a loaded 38 caliber Colt police special revolver. Payne left a detailed audio statement of this fact. Payne stated that he was also involved in an earlier shootout and car accident in the North End (Douglas Ave). Payne was charged with possession of a firearm without a license and possession of a firearm after being convicted of a crime of violence. Detectives were advised for the Douglas Ave investigation.
