Environmental Services
The Environmental Services Division of DPW serves residents by:
- Overseeing the residential waste and recycling contract;
- Enforcing of the City's "Green Up" (No Bin No Barrel) recycling program;
- Enforcing environmental regulations through the issue of fines;
- Initiating "clean and lien" actions to clean up problem lots;
- Baiting residential properties as part of the Rodent Control program
- Providing environmental outreach and education
- Distributing Big Green Cans
