On Saturday, August 25, city residents may drop off old mattresses and e-waste at the Bucklin Field parking lot located at 109 Bucklin Street between 8am and 12pm. Residents are invited to drop off mattresses, old TVs, computers, printers, microwaves, stereos, keyboards, phones and other electronic wastes.
The free drop-off event is sponsored by the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services, the Department of Public Works, and the Department of Parks and Recreation, in conjunction with West Elmwood Development Corporation and Waste Management.
