Call the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services (ONS) at 401-421-2489 or visit us in person in Room 201 at City Hall. ONS is your link to the City of Providence and the services we provide. Our office guarantees all constituents of Providence a strong voice in their government, and fair and equal access to quality city services.
Senior constituents who need assistance may contact the Mayor's Office of Senior Services at 401-421-2489 ext. 741.
