We offer a variety of programs to both for-profit and non-profit developers to promote the development of affordable housing in the city.
HOME Program - Creation of Affordable Housing
Loans and grants of up to $60,000 per housing unit for rehabilitation, construction or acquisition of housing affordable to low (at or below 60% median income) and moderate (at or below 80% median income) families.
