Pending, Closed & Cancelled Bids

Pending

"Pending" means that a Project has been identified (and assigned a number only). However no Bid or Proposal specifications package has been completed as of yet. It is a future planning tool for the city.

Please insure that you have registered in the automated bidder system, so when the "Pending" becomes "Active", you will be notified, and have the ability to download the package.

Closed

"Closed" means that a Project, Bid or Proposal has completed the formal bid process, however, the bid tabulation, scoring, or analysis has not been completed.

When the "Bid Tabulation" has been completed, the analysis information will be provided on the tabulation page, and the Closed will be replaced with the bid number (linked), and will be displayed in PDF format.

Cancelled

"Cancelled" means that a Project, Bid or Proposal has been cancelled by the City. It has not been determined if the need will be posted again. You should register on our bidder registration page to insure you are notified if it is posted again.
