  • Fill out a building permit application, available at the Department of Inspections. (Building Permit Application)
  • 2 Copies Site Plan – Shows existing property lines
  • 2 Copies - Full Building Plan – Floor Plans, Elevations, Cross Section
     Note: As Long as plans are drafted in Architectural Style no architect is needed
  • Permit is Issued (if in compliance with building code and zoning requirements) - 2-3 weeks

For all projects: When permit is issued applicants will also receive contact information for their local building inspector and will be required to contact inspectors periodically for building inspections
